1. Zojila Tunnel
Implementing Agency:-NHIDCL.
Name of Contractor: IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited (ITNL) (Terminated)
Date of Termination: - Contract terminated on 15.01.2019.
Contract Agreement with M/s IL&FS Transportation Networks Limited amounting to Rs
4899.42 crore was signed on 24.01.2018.
The Appointed Date (Date of commencement) was notified as 19.05.2018.
The contractor ITNL stopped the work since 15.09.2018 due to financial problems.
Fresh bid was invited with bid due date 08.08.2019. The bidding process for the
subject project was annulled due to administrative reasons.
As per further directions of MoRTH , Draft CCEA Note has been submitted on
08.11.2019 for approval.
MEIL Stood as L1 bidder for Zojila Tunnel.

km) all weather road.
DPR work is in progress by the consultant M/s. SMEC International Pty. Ltd.
Draft Detailed Project Report has been submitted by the consultant.
2. 2-lane with Paved Shoulder of NH configuration for Baramulla-Gulmarg Road
DPR work is in progress by the consultant M/s Rodic.
Feasibility Report has been submitted by the consultant.
3. 2-lane with Paved Shoulder of NH configuration for Donipawa-Ashajipora Road
DPR work is in progress by the consultant M/s Rodic.
Final DPR has been submitted by the consultant.
