COMPLIANCE

COMES NOW, the respondents assisted by the Public Attorney’s


Office through the undersigned counsel, unto the Honorable Court, most
respectfully inform this Honorable Court, to wit:

1. That on October 21, 2019, the Honorable Court promulgated decision


in the above-entitled case;

2. That the undersigned was directed to inform the Honorable Court


within five (5) days upon receipt of the said decision dated October
21, 2019;

3. That in compliance therewith, the undersigned most respectfully


inform this Honorable Court that the said decision was received on
November 6, 2019.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed of this


Honorable Court that the instant Compliance be NOTED;

Other relief just and equitable under the circumstances are likewise
prayed for.

The undersigned received the Notice of Resolution dated October 21,


2019 of SIXTEENTH (16th) DIVISION of the Court of Appeals on
November 6, 2019, directing her to file her comment on the Petition
filed for the issuance of Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) and/or
Writ of Preliminary Injunction. As perusal over the records of the case,
the undersigned did not receive the filed Petition by the respondents.

Likewise, the undersigned filed her Compliance with Manifestation to


the order dated October 21, 2019 of the SIXTEENTH (16th) DIVISION
of the Court of Appeals on November 6, 2019. A copy of which is hereto
attached and marked as ANNEX “A”;
