Petitioner-Appellee, by counsel, most respectfully


submits this Compliance in the above-captioned case, to wit:

1. On February 8, 2018 herein Petitioner-Appellee


received the Order of the Honorable Court of Appeals Eight
Division directing the herein Petitioner-Apellee to Submit
before the Honorable Court proof showing the exact dated of
receipt by counsel for oppositor-appellant a copy of the
Appellee’s Brief, within 10 days from notice.
2. In compliance to the above-mentioned directive,
herein Petitioner-Appellee hereby Submits a Postal
Certification indicating that herein Oppositor-Appellant
received a copy of the Appellee’s Brief filed by the herein
Petitioner-Appellee on January 18, 2018. A copy of the Postal
Certification is hereto attached as Annex “A”.

PRAYER
WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that the
Compliance and Submission of the herein Petitioner-Appellee
be Noted by the Honorable Court.
Other relief and remedies as are just and equitable, are
likewise prayed for.
