AFFIDAVIT

I, SHAINAMAE SORIANO, of legal age, single, Filipino and a


resident of Centro, Solana, Cagayan, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law hereby depose and state that:
1. I am an Administrative/Human Resource Officer of Mazan Security
and Investigation Agency (MSIA);

2. On 1 June 2020 at around 2:17 PM in the afternoon, I received a call


from security guard Leonardo Tangaro;

3. I was surprised since he was angry and furious with bad intentions
and unjustifiable motives, purposely to malign, dishonor, discredit,
insult and assassinate my character and good reputation of Gen.
Sergio Marzan (ret.), Proprietor and Security Director of MSIA;

4. Excerpts of our conversation are quoted hereunder:

Leonardo Tangaro: Sinong andyan?


Marlei Bongolan: Kaming dalawa lang ng secretary
nandito kuya.
Leonardo Tangaro: Sabihin mo sa kanila ha, parang
kumuha sila ng hollow block
pinukpuk nila sa ulo nila.magdedemanda ako.
Sinong andyan?
Marlei Bongolan: Dalawa lang kami nandito, di ko din kasi
ala kung bakit ka tinanggal eh. Sila lang naman naman
nag uusap, yung mga boss natin.
Leonardo Tangaro: Pakiforward yung number nya
ma’am Lei. Idol kita eh. I love you. Kausapin ko mga
putang inang yan. Mag usap nalang kami sa korte.
Marlei Bongolan: Forward ko number nila kuya.
Leonardo Tangaro: Tignan ko kung snong kaya nila sa
akin, nagkamali sila ng binangga.
Pagpasensyahannalang nila yung sampung
abogadong ihaharap ko sa kanila. Animal mga
yan…

5. Alarmed with what he said, I reported the incident to Col. Sergio
Marzan and Mrs. Victoria Marzan;

6. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of all


the foregoing and for all other legal intents and purposes.
