NOTICE OF DEATH

COMES NOW, the undersigned, unto this Honorable Court, most


respectfully states that-

1. The undersigned has been notified by the heirs of defendant


Angeles Gruenbaum that the latter died on September 2, 2020 while being
confined in one of the hospitals in Germany. Such fact of incident has been
confirmed by her sister Sofia S. Vivares, one of the defendants of this
instant case;

2. The undersigned has been waiting for the heirs to send the
Certificate of Death of the deceased to prove the latter's death but to no
avail. The undersigned also coordinated with Sofia Vivares but the latter
informed the undersigned that their communication with the children of the
deceased in Germany has not responded yet.

3. The undersigned would like to notify this Honorable Court of the


fact of death of Angeles Gruenbaum and the proof of death, once received
by the undersigned, will follow.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of
this Honorable Court that the foregoing notice be duly noted and
considered.

Other just and equitable relief is also prayed for by the undersigned.
