PERSONAL SUMMARY
I adapt well to changes in any environment. I use my own initiative but also enjoy
working as part of a team. I am a team player, who consistently achieves excellent
results. I am dependable, hardworking, conscientious, punctual and honest. During
my time in school and now in Shipley College I have gained numerous skills that are
easily transferable into a working environment. I am currently studying Business
Level 3 and have achieved merits and distinctions in units that include marketing,
business communication and finance.

(WORK INTERRELATED EXPERIENCE) SCHOOL PROJECTS
I have always been careful to check all of my work and assignments to ensure that
the content of the finished piece is accurate. I am committed and dedicated in giving
all my attention to my work as I am extremely focused on my responsibilities. I am
also imaginative and have been successful in being able to come up with new ideas
towards the completion of project work. During my time at school, I took part in the
National Ryman enterprise competition where we had to design a bag. My team
came second place and was entered in the finals. I used my own initiative when
doing the tasks I was allocated to do and also shared my ideas.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND VOLUNTARY WORK
FEBRUARY 2020- Took part in the First Give project to raise money for a local
charity called Samaritans to raise awareness about social issues.
OCTOBER 2019- Completed 6 weeks of work placement in B&M in the admin office
and completed reports and other paperwork.
MARCH 2019- Volunteered at Chellow Heights special needs school to support the
children and play with them.
OCTOBER 2018- For 6 weeks I worked at Shoe Zone for my work experience to
help with pricing, stacking shelves and talking to customers if they had any enquiries.
JUNE 2016- Completed work experience at Cancer Support Yorkshire to help raise
money, filing and printing.
HOBBIES AND INTERESTS
I regularly assist elderly neighbours in my community with shopping tasks. I have a
passion for keeping fit and enjoy attending the local community gym. I also take
pleasure from shopping and visiting the city centre outlets with my family and friends.
