NO IMPROVEMENTS
AND NON-TENANCY

I, EUFEMIA VERSOLA HERNANDEZ, of legal age, Filipino citizens, widow and


with residence address at Santiago Norte, Caba, La Union, do hereby depose and say:
That I am the VENDEE of a certain real property covered by Tax Declaration No. 2009-
09-0013-00206 located in Santiago Norte, Caba, La Union declared in the name of Verna V.
Velasco and more particular described as follows:

A parcel of agricultural land consisting of EIGHT HUNDRED AND


TWENTY-FIVE (825) square meters situated at Santiago Norte, Caba, La
Union designated as Lot No.29. Bounded on the North: PIN 35,34; on the East:
PIN 33; on the South: SEC 003 and on the West: Salvage Zone, covered by Tax
Declaration No. 2009-09-0013-00206 declared in the name of Verna V.
Velasco.”

That I have no more than five (5) hectares total landholdings registered in my name with the
Province of La Union and in the Philippines;

That I hereby certify that the above-mentioned property has no existing improvements of
whatever kind and nature at it remained idle up to the present; and

That I am executing this affidavit to affirm the truth of the foregoing instrument.
