English: Week Five


Have you ever just sat there and thought about who is the greatest superhero? Out of all

the superheroes in any of the comic books and even all the new ones that to this day coming out,

who comes to mind? Well, I am here to tell you why I know Superman is the best superhero,

hands down. Why no one else can compares or comes close to being better than Superman. So,

sit back and relax as we dive into the facts of all the awesomeness of Superman.

Superman was born on the planet called Krypton and was given the name Kal-El at birth.

As a baby, his parents made the decision to send him to Earth in a small spaceship. His family

made this choice because their home planet was being attacked and his parents had no choice but

to send him to save his life before Krypton was destroyed. The spaceship with baby Kal-El

landed-on earth rural United States where it was found by Jonathan and Martha Kent, they are

Kal-El now adoptive parents.

Superman was not chemically made or bitten by a radioactive insect. Superman was born with

superpowers, he was already destined to be a hero, the greatest apex hero. Superman had to hide

who he really was, not what he had become like other heroes like Iron man or Spiderman. He

had no one learn how to control his power. He had no mentor, no other people with his same

abilities, nothing. He was self-taught! He knew he was meant to save the innocent and the

helpless people. He had to hide in a regular everyday human disguise so he could feel like he

was normal.

Superman has all the “main powers” while other heroes only have bit and pieces of what

make Superman him. When they created other superheroes, they took his ability and

implemented it into other superheroes. He has X-Ray vision, the power to see through walls and

any objects. He can fly to outer space and still be able to breath in outer space, without hesitation

he is not struggling. He has the power to run extraordinary faster compared to any other
superhero. He has raced The Flash multiple times and has won, every time. The Flash is well

known as the “fastest man alive,” yet has lost to Superman. Superman can shoot heat vision from

his eyes; he can blow cold air from his mouth freezing people within seconds.

Superman man without a doubt is the best superhero who was ever created, in any comic

book. He forged a league known as the Justice league, he helped other superheroes save their

own planet and was very much a mentor to most of them. Superman is the humblest of them all

as well. He is always looking out of everyone else even if that is putting his own life as risk. He

will do anything to save the world and just imagine what he would do for the people he loves.

Knowing what you know now, when someone ever says the word “Superhero” the first person

that will pop into you head will be Superman because you always think of the best first.
