NOTICE OF APPEAL
COMES NOW accused CONRADO LABRADOR, JR. y TABULA @
“DOBER”, through counsel and unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully
serves notice that he is appealing the Consolidated Judgment rendered by this
Honorable Court dated June 19, 2019, after his Motion for Reconsideration was
denied by the Resolution dated July 22, 2019 and which he received on August 5,
2019.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed that this


notice of appeal be approved and that the entire records of the cases be remanded
to the Court of Appeals.
