THIS IS TO CERTIFY that Lot No. 994, CAD. 504-D, covered by


Original Certificate of Title No. 72363, containing an area of ONE
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE (1,985) SQUARE METERS,
more or less is actually located in Barangay Yanangan, Municipality of
Loay, Province of Bohol, Island of Bohol, and is owned and registered
under the name of Cornelio Soylon.

This is to CERTIFY FURTHER that the said lot has no complaints


filed arising from boundary and ownership disputes as far as this office is
concerned and the barangay has no existing development plan in the
area.

This certification is being issued upon the request of REINERIO V.


SOYLON to support his application for a simple subdivision of said lot for
approval to the Sangguniang Bayan of Loay, Bohol.
