Dear Captain,

This letter is to authorize Mr. Redentor Rosales, Jr. to attend,


discuss, and speak on my behalf this January 31, 2020 in a confrontation to
be conducted at the Katarungang Pambarangay of Doljo, Panglao, Bohol,
regarding the incident involving my security guards Jay Cutin, for an
ALLEGED harassment and John Loui Libres who was collared by Lt. Col.
Betinol.

I HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my representative


limited authority only to converse during the confrontation for matters
necessary for the attainment of settlement of the issue as above-mentioned,
as I might or could fairly do if present, and anything beyond this authority
shall not be legally binding.
