We are writing you this letter in behalf of our client, Mr. CRISTOPHER
ALCANTARA PRIAS/FRIAS who is the accused in Crim. Case No. FC-12-0947 pending
before RTC, Branch 8, Legazpi City.

May we request from your good office an Original Copy or a Certified True Copy
of the scholastic/school records of Cristopher Alcantara Frias/ Cristopher Alcantara
Prias who was a previous student at your school from 2002 to 2007/2008. He allegedly
only reached grade 4 level at said school. We are gathering evidence regarding the
birth date of the Accused and said document will be used by the Honorable Court in
proceeding with the case.

The PAO is authorizing the bearer of this letter, Ms. Russel Frias Baluyo to
