Class divided in two, try and get everyone on same team. First person in line runs to cone to RPS
opponent. If win try and tag opponent before they make it back to safe area, if tagged come and

5) Capture the Hoop (Stealing the Rocks)
Like capture the flag, goal is to steal hula hoop. Hoops placed in area (12 ft apprt). Go into
opponent’s area to steal hula hoop. Once back in your half place down. If tagged sit down, team can 5 Min
rescue you-free walk back. Stand in hula hoop safe (3 Mississippi). If tagged with hula hoop place 15 Min
where it is.
6) Perfect Pass
Two teams, first person in line runs and stand in hula hoop. Second person throws to you. If caught

get to take hula hoop back with you. If not, the thrower goes and stands in hula hoops and next
person in line throws 12
7) Mushroom Ball
One ball. Try and tag with ball. If tagged become mushroom. Mushrooms can tag passing players. If
caught thrower becomes mushroom. Mushrooms can pass ball between each other. 3
