CANCELLATION OF THE
REVOCATION OF SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

Whereas, ARIEL RECAMARA, single, a resident of Milad, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte, GEORGE RECAMARA,
married to Letecia Padayao, a resident of New Sicayab, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte, REYNALDO RECAMARA, married to
Nelfa Justo, a resident of New Sicayab, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte and IRENE RECAMARA, single, a resident of San Miguel,
Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte, all of legal age, Filipino citizens, had on October 20, 2020, executed a Special Power of Attorney
designating HELEN RECAMARA-CHIPOCO and JAY CALALANG MANATAD, as their attorneys-in-fact therein, bearing the
following particulars: Doc. No. 1487; Page No. 38, book No. 139, Series of 2020, of notarial register of Atty. MANUEL P. ABAD,
together with all power stated in the said document;

Whereas, on November 19, 2020, the same persons executed a Revocation of Special Power of Attorney, before Notary
Public IVO M. MANDANTES, CPA appearing as Doc. No. 1316, Page No. 16, Book No. 14, Series of 2020 in his notarial register,
which in full, revoked, recalled, and annulled the said powers of attorney given to HELEN RECAMARA-CHIPOCO and JAY
CALALANG MANATAD including all concomitant rights, powers and privileges;

WITNESSETH, that we, ARIEL RECAMARA, GEORGE RECAMARA, REYNALDO RECAMARA and IRENE
RECAMARA, hereby RESCIND AND NULLIFY the said REVOCATION OF SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY and
RESTORE IN FULL unto the said attorneys-in-fact all the powers of attorney listed in the previous Special Power of Attorney,
together with all concomitant rights, powers and privileges found thereon.
