REVOCATION OF SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


WHEREAS, I, CARINNA SOLINAP REGALADO, legal age, now a US citizen, single and
a resident of California, USA, have executed a Special Power of Attorney, naming and
appointing BERNARD SOLINAP REGALADO as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for the
following purposes:

a. To represent, negotiate, discuss and consummate with the property developer


for the purchase of the real estate property under my name denominated as
KROMA, ALVEO TOWER UNIT 3023 located in Makati City, Metro Manila,
Philippines, under such terms and conditions as he may deem fit;
b. To pay the installment payable and/or full payment, follow up and comply with
all the requirements relating to the aforesaid purchase;
c. To receive, accept and sign for any and all documents relating to my
aforementioned purchase of real estate property from the property developer
and to obtain the owner’s duplicate copy of title, tax declaration, real estate
tax receipt and other documents in my name; and
d. To sign any and all documents necessary to effect the cancellation of the
purchase of the property under such terms and conditions as may be
acceptable to such attorney-in-fact and do all acts as may be required in
connection with such cancellation of such purchase.

NOW, THREFORE, I have revoked, countermanded, annulled and made void, and
by these presents do revoke, countermand, annul and make void the said Special Power
of Attorney and all powers and authorities therein granted and conferred upon said
attorney-in-fact BERNARD SOLINAP REGALADO.

FURTHER, I, CARINNA SOLINAP REGALADO, hereby revoke all Special Powers of


Attorney that I may have executed before the date of this Deed with respect to the real
estate property registered under my name and denominated as KROMA, ALVEO TOWER
UNIT 3023 located in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines
