2. To take possession and full administration of said residential unit and secure
connection of all facilities such as electricity, water, telephone, etc… which
maybe needed therein.
3. To have, use, and take any lawful ways and means for the enforcement thereof
by suit or otherwise and to settle for the same.
4. To execute, sign and deliver documents, agreements or writings as may be
deemed necessary, proper or convenient for the purpose as above-mentioned.
5. To represent me to claim for the refund for the construction bond or any sum
of money as previously given to PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation as
a deposit before move-in to the above mentioned unit.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform every act and/or thing whatsoever requisite or necessary or
proper to be done in or about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might
or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that
said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these
presents.
