SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENT:
That the RDO SECURITY AGENCY (“RDO”), is a sole proprietorship duly
registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) under the name of
_____(lyn)__________; with principal office at ___________________________,
Pampanga, Philippines;
That RUBEN OLIVA, being the sole investor in RDO and the sole beneficial
owner of RDO, provided all the capital and assets necessary for the operations of RDO;
That RUBEN OLIVA appointed LYN as his trustee to act for and on his behalf,
which necessarily included the registration of RDO with DTI under the name of LYN;
That RUBEN OLIVA decided to terminate LYN as his trustee, and to take over
the entire operations of RDO effective immediately;
That I, LYN, do hereby authorize RUBEN OLIVA, to do and perform the
following on my behalf:
1. Transact with all the bank accounts in relation to RDO; sign, make payments,
deliver and receive all documents, papers and instruments necessary to
perform and transact with the said banks;
2. Transact with the DTI, Bureau of Internal Review, and other government
offices in relation to the operations and requirements of RDO; sign, make
payments, deliver and receive all documents, papers and instruments
necessary to perform and transact with the government offices.
3. Sign, make payments, deliver and receive all documents, papers and
instruments necessary for the operations of RDO;
4. Transact, negotiate, communicate with all existing and future clients of RDO;
5. Recruit and hire personnel for RDO;
6. Sign and execute disciplinary actions, after due notice and hearing, against
the erring employees of RDO;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto RUBEN OLIVA full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could lawfully do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming
all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these
presents.
