AFFIDAVIT

I, APRIL W. DAVID, of legal age, a Filipino citizen, and with postal address at 20-25
Apo St., Pulu Amsic Subdivision, Angeles City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, hereby deposes and states:

1. That LIAM DAVID WATSON is my son;

2. That GARY WATSON is the biological father of my son;

3. That these facts are evidenced by the Birth Certificate and Philippine Passport of LIAM
DAVID WATSON;

4. That I certify that these are the original and authentic documents that I obtained from
the proper Philippine government agencies after having submitted and completed the
requirements for the issuance of the said Birth Certificate and Philippine Passport of
LIAM DAVID WATSON;

5. That I am also attaching a faithful reproduction of these documents, attached as Annex


A (Birth Certificate) and B (Philippine Passport);

6. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements
and for other legal purposes it may serve.

September 2020 in Mabalacat City, Pampanga, Philippines.
