5 FD Fan * motor NDE bearing temperature >110 DegC.      
6 FD fan A Vibration switch A is Not Operated.      
7 FD fan A Vibration switch B is Not Operated.      
Process Interlocks
1 In board bearing cooling water flow is normal.      
2 Out board bearing cooling water flow is normal.      
3 Air Heater is in running.      
4 Seal air flow is adequate.      
5 Steam Drum level is Normal.      
Start Permissive
1 FD fan * Remote Selected      
2 FD fan * Start Push button pressed.      
3 No natural draught purge in progress.      
4 All burners are in a satisfactory shutdown condition.      
No flame indication from main burner or igniter flame
5 monitor.      
6 All main fuel valves closed.      
7 All burner air dampers are in open condition.      
8 Air heater all air and gas dampers are in open.      
9 FD fan * Inlet guide vane is in Close position.      
10 FD fan * Inlet guide vane control loop in manual mode.      
11 FD fan * Discharge Damper is in close position.      
12 Other FD fan * Discharge Damper in close position.      
13 FD fan * Switch gear available is Ok.      
14 FD fan * Elec DIST is not disturbed.      
15 FD fan* safety interlocks is not operated. (as per serial No E)      
16 FD fan* process interlocks is Ok. (as per serial No F)
