Court, most respectfully submit the foregoing comment / objection to
prosecution’s formal offer of exhibits and alleges that:
EXHIBITS NATURE COMMENT/OBJECTION
“A” and The Pinagsamang Exhibit immaterial and
series Sinumpaang Salaysay ng irrelevant considering that
affiant thereto openly testified
in open court. Besides, it is
self-serving and is
inconsistent with her court
testimony.
