Description: Migrate Cito’s Wealth Management division HCM, Benefits and Payroll functionality
from legacy HRIS system to Workday and implement all the functional and inbound and outbound
integrations with their vendors.
Responsibilities:
     Experience in HCM core, compensation, and benefits– organizations, business process,
       compensation, security groups and policies, period schedule, payroll run category, payroll
       earnings and deductions, pay group and payroll input configurations.
     Developed and unit tested studio integration and used document upload web service to
       upload performance review documents into workday.
     Handled change deduction integrations for reporting medical, dental, dependents change to
       benefit providers.
     Developed and unit tested integration for processing retirement savings 401k

    Responsible for recruiting new hires and processing new hires (on-board) and termination
       (off-board) using Workday HRIS system.
