Re: Pennsylvania “Forensic Audit” of 2020 POTUS Election [PART III]
This distillation serves as the basis for seeking an urgent FORENSIC AUDIT, at the very least in
Philadelphia; as per our e-mail exchange and the first two memos [4/27/2021 & 4/28/2021], the
database is reviewed to support the advice by Tony Schafer that "Pennsylvania must act
PRUDENLY to conduct audits [and to] review process and procedures of the 2020 election.”
By far the largest category of potentially illegal ballots – over 680,000 – is associated with poll
observer abuses. Certified Republican poll observers were kept at distances the length of a
football field. They were prevented from accessing back rooms where tens of thousands
of ballots were being processed, and they were rounded up into restricted areas when trying to
fulfill their legal duty to observe the ballot counting process. Without meaningful observation of
the ballot counting process, it is impossible to verify the legality of absentee and mail-in ballots.
Navarro provides structure [https://peternavarro.com/the-navarro-report/] for hearing review

Navarro’s ten categories of PA irregularities (page 79) notes almost a million votes are suspect,
while the candidate-splay was only 81K, as was transformed from graphic form into bullet points

These figures were generated by Navarro after exhaustive review of available data:
10,000 Absentee ballots cast that arrived after Election Day
14,328 Absentee ballots cast from addresses other than where voters
legally reside
58,221 Absentee ballots cast that were returned on or before the
postmark date
9,005 Absentee ballots cast without a postmark (violating state law)
8,021 Dead voters
742 Double voters: in-state
7,426 Out-of-state voters who voted in-state
202,377 Over-votes (per State Representative Frank Ryan, et al.)
680,774 Poll watcher & poll observer abuse (defying SCOTUS orders)*
1,573 Voters age 100+ (suspect, per state records and obituaries)
Greg Reports there are no other hearings and provides additional grist to yield focus:
The committee was able to condense the number of hearings down to 10, from
14. The full list of hearings, as well as all the videos of them, can be found
here: http://www.repgrove.com/hsgc. If you’re focusing more on Philly, you
make want to watch part of the April 8 hearing when a testifier noted how much
money Philly received in third party grants (i.e. from Facebook, etc). Philly got
about $10 per voter while nearly all the other counties in the state received about
$1 per voter. The testimony begins at about the 1 hour 30 minute
mark. https://s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/pagopvideo/495026186.mp4
Based upon his e-mail, it has been assumed that the machine-related triad [“ I have searched in
vain for three topics [voting machine certification, operation and vendors]”] was encompassed
by “March 10: Certification and operation of voting machines with demonstrations. (To watch the
hearing, click here)” for, otherwise, the structure that had been generated by repeated searches
of the Legislative Database has been confirmed when reviewing the new page.
