Employee Welfare
Personnel welfare means something done in order to make the workers more comfortable and
(intellectual or social) above and above their pay. Simply put, it means "efforts to make life valuable to
workers." Which requires different utilities, installations and equipment for the improvement of
workers. Such facilities may be operated by graduate entrepreneurs on a voluntary basis or contractual
mandates that would force them to provide such facilities or, whether they have the necessary funding,
may be undertaken by the government or labor unions.

The goals of the social welfare of employees are to change the life of the working class, put the
identity of the worker into holistic growth. The health of employees lies in the benefit of workers,
employers and the whole population. It allows employees to work in a secure, sustainable setting. In
addition to salaries and wages, all the company does to better employees' livelihoods and keep them
happy is part of workers' welfare. The workplace has all programs, incentives and equipment available
to workers to make their lives worth living

One of the primary concerns of employee welfare promotion is to create happy employee, But
this kind of aim has a larger meaning and is not always attributed to the employer's benevolence.
Instead, successful bosses both cares sincerely and because they know that a satisfied employee will be
profitable and will do his job properly. Employer who support employee benefits know that workers
make more profits for themselves and the business in careers like sales, where productivity is necessary
to earn money. Another explanation for an employee's welfare is that it will increase his commitment to
his employees. For the longer term, workers cared for by their bosses are less likely to jump and shift
their firms or jobs. And though you can make more money for another business, an employee who
thinks his boss accepts and needs cannot even seek other employment opportunities if he comes along.

Employee welfare is classified into the statutory and voluntary divisions. Statutory In order to
set basic safety and health standards for workers in their workplaces, the government passed a series of
laws. Welfare installations such as laundry, storage, first aid equipment, working hours, sanitation have
been arranged and Voluntary the employers have provided the workers with welfare services, though
voluntary, in addition to the statutory facilities. The health of their workers is more important for them.
Organizations like Godrej and L&T provide their employees with suitable transport and related services.
Many groups provide recreational services, wellness treatments, affordable food or discounted meals,
children's schools, and activities and games.

We are lucky we are here in public sector Unlike those in the private sector they only get small
promotions and compensation. It's good that we are under government, because the healthcare and
benefits are available. We provide an atmosphere of relaxed functioning. We have many advantages,
such as free lectures and preparation that we do not have to expend the money spent all the
government has invested and more bonuses we receive so give our students what support they need.
