A. INTRODUCTION
This module covers the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to perform harvest and postharvest operations of
major agricultural crops including maintaining quality of produce for distribution. This module also includes
proper use of tools and equipment required to perform the activities. This module does not include secondary
processing.

D. TEACHER’S SELF-REFLECTION OF THE SESSION
1. The session covers one of the four core competencies of Agricultural Crop Production NC II which is Carry-Out
Harvest and Post-Harvest Operations.

2. The learning contents are given for each of the Learning Outcome. The trainees are given instruction for their
presentation, like reading of the information sheets, doing the self-checks and comparing answers to answer key.
They are also provided with the tools in undergoing their sessions such as the CBLM, the tools, materials and
equipment based on the training regulations and the competency-based curriculum.

3. This session plan shall be useful primarily to the Trainers and the Trainees. It shall also be helpful to other future
trainees and researchers on the same competency.

4. Other teachers may use this and may make improvements for the benefit of future users.
