Welcome! If you are reading these words, it is clear that you are in search of a
significant transformation in your life. You have taken the first step towards a 30-day
journey that will change the way you perceive and experience the world around you by
taking me out of your comfort zone. This program offers you a daily guide of 30 daily
actions or challenges that you can do for 30 consecutive days, or at whatever pace suits
you. Some tests are more difficult than others, but all have the power to alter your brain
chemistry and ultimately the way you choose to live your life.

The heart of this program lies in the ability to work directly with your negative beliefs,
many of which may be hidden deep within your mind. By recognizing and addressing
these beliefs, we are committed to training your Reticular Activating System, the part of
your brain responsible for filtering information and directing your attention, to break out
of the automatic mode you have been operating in for so long.

Negative beliefs can be invisible obstacles that limit your potential. By identifying and
challenging them, you are taking control of your own narrative and creating space to
install new, more functional beliefs. These new beliefs will be the foundation upon which
you will build an improved version of yourself and a more fulfilling life.

Throughout these 30 days, you will challenge yourself in ways you may not have
imagined. You will experience moments of resistance where you want to throw in the
towel, but remember that it is in those moments that true growth occurs. Every action
you take will be a step towards manifesting your true potential.

This program is an opportunity to rediscover yourself and consciously design the life you
want. I recommend that you document in writing on a daily basis the discoveries you
make about yourself in this program. I promise you won't regret doing so.

Day 1: Breaking the Automatic.

In everyday life, how many of your actions do you perform consciously? Often, we
get caught up in a routine that causes us to operate on autopilot, getting up on the same
side of the bed, wearing the same clothes, and following a set pattern. There is nothing
inherently wrong with having a routine, as it can provide discipline and structure to our
lives, but it is crucial to recognize the value of becoming aware of this “automatic mode”
in which we often live.

Today, at the start of your 30-day challenge to create miracles in your life, I propose a
radical exercise: living an "opposite day." Today will be an opportunity to question and
modify all those small actions that you perform automatically. You will break away from
your routine in a way that will challenge you and make you aware of the present in a
profound and transformative way.

The fundamental purpose of this exercise is to free you from autopilot, get you out of
your comfort zone and promote full awareness of the present moment. By doing so, you
will trigger new patterns in your brain and embark on a deep journey of self-observation
and self-exploration.

We'll start from the moment you wake up. If you usually get up on the right side of the
bed, today you will get up on the left. If you usually brush your teeth with your left hand,
try doing it with your right hand. If you have a morning music routine, change it up for
something completely different. If you usually take the same route to work or school,
choose an alternative route. In short, try to change all the actions you normally do
without thinking.

This exercise will challenge you on many levels. By starting your day this way, you will
immediately notice how much you rely on routine and how many actions you perform
automatically without even realizing it. The feeling of being outside of your comfort zone
can create initial resistance, but it is precisely this resistance that opens the door to
change and growth.

When you perform actions that are contrary to your routine, your brain is forced to work
differently. You are creating new neural pathways and challenging the habitual
associations your mind has established over time. This is like a workout for your brain, a
kind of mental gymnastics that can open the door to creativity and adaptability.

In addition, this exercise promotes mindfulness. By doing each action consciously and
deliberately, you immerse yourself in the present. You become an observer of your own
habits and patterns. This self-observation can give you a deep understanding of yourself
and the way you interact with the world around you.

It is important to remember that this "opposite day" is more than just a superficial
change. It's a reminder that you have the power to question and change your habits at
any time. Your life doesn't have to be a series of automatic actions; you can be the
director of your own journey.

This exercise can be the first step towards creating miracles in your life. By breaking
away from monotony and complacency, you are opening the door to new opportunities
and perspectives. You are proving to yourself that you are capable of changing, growing
and being more aware at every moment.

After completing this day, take some time to reflect on the experience. What have you

Day 2: 100 Things You Love About Yourself.

On the second day of this fascinating 30-day journey aimed at creating miracles in your life, you
will face a seemingly simple but profoundly transformative action. This challenge may seem
simple at first, but it can turn out to be an eye-opening exercise that will significantly alter your
perception of the outside world and, in turn, influence the results you achieve in it. This is a
journey of self-discovery, and by discovering yourself on deeper levels, you will be opening the
doors to infinite potential.

Today's task is as follows: you must create a list of 100 things you love about yourself. They are
qualities, characteristics, skills or aspects of your personality that you would never want to
change. It may seem like a simple task, but for many of us, being loving and kind to ourselves
can be a challenge. We often find it easier to point out virtues in others than in ourselves. This
task gives you the opportunity to know yourself better, to explore your own being with love and
understanding.

Sometimes people may struggle to identify 100 things they love about themselves. Don't worry if
this is your case. The important thing is that you take the time to explore and reflect on your
qualities and characteristics. There is no rush; the whole day is at your disposal to complete this
task.

To begin, find a quiet place free of distractions. Grab a piece of paper and a pen, or use the list
on your phone, whichever is more convenient for you. Now, embark on a process of self-
evaluation and reflection.

Start by thinking about the qualities you have admired in yourself throughout your life. What
makes you unique? What are your strengths? In what areas do you stand out? These can be
skills, personality traits, past accomplishments, or even times when you demonstrated courage
or empathy. There are no wrong answers in this exercise; what matters is that you are honest
with yourself.

Here are some ideas to help you get started on your list:

process. It is natural that some qualities are more evident to you than others.

Remember that this list is an act of self-love and self-acceptance. No matter how small or big
your qualities may seem, they are all valuable and contribute to who you are as an individual.
Learning to love and value yourself is essential for your personal growth and emotional well-
being.

As you go through your list, take the time to emotionally connect with each item you list. Reflect
on how these qualities have influenced your life and the lives of those around you. Imagine how
you would feel if you could fully embrace all of these characteristics and live from a place of self-
love and self-worth.

This exercise will allow you to deepen your self-knowledge and recognize the richness of your

Day 3: The Awakening of Willpower.

Day three of this 30-day journey toward creating miracles presents you with an important and
life-changing challenge. This challenge can be daunting, but its power lies in its ability to lift you
to new heights if you approach it with excellence. We all, to a greater or lesser extent, have
addictions in our lives. These addictions can range from small habits, such as a daily cup of
coffee, to strong substances that affect not only our consciousness, but also our relationships
and overall well-being.

Today, you will face a challenge that can have a significant impact on your self-knowledge and
your ability to make conscious decisions. Today's challenge is to quit one of your addictions, but
only for one day. It is important to note that this action should not put your physical integrity at
risk or interfere with any medication you need.

Addiction can manifest itself in various ways in everyday life. It may be the need to consume a
soft drink daily, smoke tobacco or spend long hours on social media or video games. Whatever
you consider an addiction in your life, today will be the day you make a conscious decision to
temporarily stop using it.

The reason behind this exercise is twofold. First, it gives you the opportunity to become aware of
your dependence on certain things in your daily life. You'll notice how you feel when you can't
access that addiction for a day. It can reveal patterns of behavior and emotions that may have
been hidden or minimized in your everyday life.

Secondly, this exercise allows you to evaluate how easy or difficult it is for you to stop
consuming something that you consider important. It can be a mirror for your willpower and your
ability to make conscious decisions. You will observe how your mind and body react when faced
with the temporary deprivation of an addiction.

It is important to remember that this exercise is not intended to eliminate all your addictions at
once. This is not about trying to completely eradicate these habits, but rather about raising
awareness and understanding your relationship with them. It can be a first step to addressing
deeper addictions or simply to improve your self-control in areas you feel you need to change.

If you depend on any medication necessary for your health, do not stop taking it under any

Day 4: Healing with Mom

of the most significant people in your life: your mother. This assignment gives you the
opportunity to strengthen and enrich your relationship with the person who gave you life, who
has had a profound impact on your development and the person you are today. How you choose
to approach this challenge is entirely up to you, your creativity, and the context of your
relationship with your mother.

To accomplish this goal, you can explore various ways to improve your relationship with your
mother. Here are some ideas that might serve as inspiration:

A Deep Conversation: If you have a close relationship with your mother, consider having a
conversation that goes beyond everyday topics. You can talk about your dreams, your fears,
your wishes and your hopes. Open your heart and listen to what she has to say. This depth in
communication can strengthen emotional bonds.

A heartfelt letter: If you feel more comfortable expressing your thoughts and feelings in writing,
consider writing a letter to your mother. In the letter, you can express your love, gratitude, and
any other emotions you wish to share. Writing can provide a safe space to communicate your
thoughts clearly and lovingly.

A Meaningful Gift: Sometimes a thoughtful gift can convey your feelings of love and
appreciation. Think of something that your mother values and that reflects your love for her. It
can be a book, a plant, a piece of art or any other object that has special meaning.

A loving gesture: A small gesture of kindness, such as preparing her favorite meal or doing a

ways to give new meaning to any pain or negative feelings you may have about her. This task is

happiness. We often fear altering our image because of the potential negative response from the
outside world, which can act as an obstacle on our path to authenticity and personal growth.

It is essential to remember that our physical appearance is only one part of who we are, but it
does not completely define us. We are complex, multidimensional beings with much more to
offer than what our outward appearance reflects. Part of this process of personal growth involves
recognizing that we have the ability to be who we want to be at any time in our lives. Often, we
cling to an image that we have built up over years, believing that we cannot change. However,
changing your physical appearance can be liberating, a way to break self-imposed chains and
explore new facets of your identity.

Today's exercise is an opportunity to experiment with your physical image. It doesn't matter if the
change is small or big, what matters is the depth of exploration and liberation you can
experience. You may consider changing your haircut or color, experimenting with a radically
different style of clothing than you normally wear, modifying your glasses or accessories,
shaving your beard, or experimenting with different makeup if you wish. The key is to do it for
one day, but if you find that these changes free you up or make you feel more authentic,
consider keeping them or continuing to explore beyond this day.

Here are some ideas you can consider to modify your physical appearance:

Change hairstyle: If you usually wear your hair long, consider cutting it or changing its style.
Similarly, if you normally have short hair, you can experiment with a long bob or a new hairstyle.

Color Change: A color change in your hair can be a striking way to alter your image. You can opt
for a completely different color or simply highlight your features with highlights or streaks.

Clothing Style: Explore a clothing style that you wouldn't normally wear. If you tend to dress
conservatively, try something more daring or on the contrary, if you tend to dress boldly,
experiment with a more classic style.

Accessories and makeup: Accessories can make a big difference in your appearance. Consider

Day 6: Breaking the Ice

The sixth day of this program represents a significant and valuable challenge: overcoming the
fear of interacting with strangers. Social anxiety is a common problem in modern society,
aggravated by the ease with which we communicate through technological devices. As
technology becomes a predominant tool for communication, we often miss genuine human
contact.

The importance of this day lies in learning not to fear strangers, but to cultivate respect for the
diversity of people that exist in the world. While it is true that there are individuals with bad
intentions, the reality is that most people are good and we share more similarities than we often
perceive. We all experience love, laughter, emotions and fears at some point in our lives.

The challenge of the day is to strike up conversations with three strangers throughout the day.
These should be individuals you have never met before and who are not part of your usual
social circle. The conversation should last at least five minutes, during which you should find out
who the person is, their name, their occupation and how they are feeling at that moment.

It is important to remember that when approaching a stranger, there is no need to be afraid, but
rather to show respect and openness. Most people are receptive and willing to chat when
approached in a friendly and genuine manner. If anyone seems wary or questions why you're
approaching them, simply share with them that you're participating in a 30-day challenge where
today you're working on overcoming your fear of interacting and connecting with strangers.
Explain that their energy or presence caught your attention, which is a genuine way of
expressing your interest in getting to know them.

This day can be one of the most exciting and enriching of the program, and I assure you that the
people you meet will not be a coincidence. The Universe tends to put in your path the people
you need to meet at a given time, and this opportunity can lead to meaningful connections or
simply pleasant moments of human interaction.

To help you approach this challenge with confidence and authenticity, here are some tips:

Be friendly and respectful: Approach strangers with a smile and a friendly greeting. Show
genuine interest in getting to know them and respect their personal space.

Day 7 Questioning your Postures

The seventh day of the program can be quite challenging for many people. On this day, we are
urged to question one of our deeply held beliefs. This exercise reminds us that sometimes the
biggest obstacle to growth and learning lies in our tendency to think that we already know
everything or that we possess the absolute truth about certain topics. Learning to question our
own beliefs and positions is essential to becoming more open and understanding human beings,
which can have a significant impact on how we interact in social settings and the choices we
make in everyday life.

The task before us today is seemingly simple in conception, but can prove challenging in
practice. It consists of selecting one of our personal beliefs and, just for today, trying to prove the
opposite. This involves exploring and trying to understand the opposing perspective or beliefs
that contradict what we hold to be true. The key is to approach this process with an open mind
and without judging those who hold that opposing belief, but instead seeking to understand and
empathize with their point of view.

This exercise can be especially valuable because of the human tendency to hold on to our
beliefs and perspectives rigidly. Our beliefs are often rooted in personal experiences, family
values, or cultural influences, and can largely define how we view the world. However, this day
invites us to question the "knowledge" we take for granted and to explore new perspectives.

We can begin by selecting a belief in any area of life, be it political, religious, scientific,
philosophical, personal or otherwise. We then spend time researching the opposing perspective
or beliefs that contradict it, including reading books, articles, websites, or talking to people who
hold that opposing belief. As we explore the opposing perspective, we practice empathy and
understanding, striving to understand the arguments and motivations behind that perspective
without judgment or criticism.

Throughout the day, we reflect on our observations and experiences. We keep track of how we
feel as we explore the opposite perspective and any changes in our thinking or feeling from our
original belief.

This exercise can be challenging because our beliefs are often related to our identity and
security. By questioning them, we may feel uncomfortable or insecure. However, it can also be a
liberating and enriching experience, as it allows us to open up to new ideas and better
understand others.

Day 8: Value is a Perception

Day 8 of this program challenges you to overcome an important barrier: the money barrier. In
today's society, many people struggle with money management, and much of this is related to
our personal perception of the value of things. We often assign a specific monetary value to all
objects without realizing that this is merely a subjective perception. This same perception also
plays a key role in how we make money and how much we charge for our work or services.

The activity proposed for this day consists of choosing a small object that, at first glance, does
not have a significant apparent value. It is important to note that this item should not be
considered trash, but simply something that, in most cases, would go unnoticed in terms of its
monetary value. It can be a paper clip, a match, a pen, a bracelet, or another similar object.

Over the course of the day, you will embark on an intriguing quest: to seek to exchange this
seemingly low-value object for something of higher value. The interesting thing about this
exercise is that the value of the objects involved will be determined by the person who is willing
to make the exchange with you. This activity takes on even more meaning when you interact
with strangers, as their perceptions of value may be different from yours.

The process is simple: select a person and offer to trade your item for something they own. The
person can be a stranger or someone you know, but interactions with strangers can be
particularly revealing. As you repeat this process with different people throughout the day, you
will be increasingly surprised by the diverse responses you get and the appreciation some
people may have for the item you offered.

This exercise has a clear purpose: to help you understand that the value of things and services
is nothing more than a subjective idea. It also highlights that you have the power to create things
of apparent high value without having to invest a single cent. Through this experience, you are
expected to come to appreciate the relativity of value perceptions and be able to apply this

money.

creating a birthday dinner for our imaginary friend Pancho in a busy restaurant, invites us to

we like and that, at the same time, is full of life, busy and conducive to fun. The goal is to make

The choice of the person who will accompany us on this journey is crucial. It must be someone
with whom we have a deep connection and who is willing to actively participate in this act of
