Verify FAT accessories have been completely equipped

2.4 Verify all drop cables are istalled following specification. OK/NG OK/NG
2.5 Verify proposed port is vacant (can be used). OK/NG OK/NG
2.6 Verify all connectors are fixed properly. OK/NG OK/NG

3 FAT Inner Condiction 2 (open the upper compartment) OK/NG OK/NG


3.1 Verify all cables are installed following specification. OK/NG OK/NG
3.2 Verify all cables are tied properly at drop cable holder. OK/NG OK/NG
3.3 Verify all cables are coiled inside coil holder. OK/NG OK/NG
3.4 Verify all protection sleeves are fixed properly in sleeve holder. OK/NG OK/NG
3.5 Verify all cables are in good condition (NO cut or sharp bend) OK/NG OK/NG

4 Secure the cable on the pole OK/NG OK/NG


4.1 Verify all cables pass through inside the PVC OK/NG OK/NG
4.2 Verify all cables have 1m length for fusion splicing on the ground. OK/NG OK/NG
Verify guy hook have been installed on the pole with stainless steel
4.3 strapping band and buckle. OK/NG OK/NG
4.4 Verify messenger wire have been fixed into tension clamp properly. OK/NG OK/NG
4.5 Verify all cables are coiled 6inches radious together in a group. OK/NG OK/NG
4.6 Verify cable is properly used entry way to house. OK/NG OK/NG
