Sir,

With reference to your invitation to tender for the above, I hereby offer to the Power Trans. Corp. of
Uttarakhand Ltd. items in the schedule of prices and delivery annexed or such portion thereof, as you
determine in strict accordance with the annex condition of contract form “A” & “B” specifications and
schedule of rates to the satisfaction of the purchaser or in default thereof to forfeited and pay to Power
Transmission. Corporation of Uttarakhand Ltd. the sum of earnest money mentioned in the said condition.

The rates quoted are inclusive pro-rate and in full of satisfaction of the all claims.

I/We agree to abide by this tender for the period of 180 days from the date fixed for receiving the same.
