AFFIDAVIT

 
            I, JOYCE SANTOS CO, Filipino citizen, of legal age, and a resident of Unit 901
Philtrust Bank Bldg T. Pinpin St., Binondo, Manila, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the Proprietor of JSCO GENERAL MERCHANDISE with business


address at G-01 G/F Sunsonic Electronic Plaza 665-667 Quezon Blvd. Quiapo
Manila;

2. That JSCO GENERAL MERCHANDISE is an authorized reseller of brand new


internal hard drives supplied by Verdure Xchange Tech, Inc. located at Topy
Main Bldg., Bagumbayan, Quezon City;

3. That JSCO GENERAL MERCHANDISE is also an official retailer of original


ADATA products from IONTECH located at Sunsonic Electronics Plaza, Quezon
Blvd., Quiapo, Manila;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and in
compliance with the requirements with the Optical Media Board (OMB).
 
Further Affiant sayeth none.
