Beacon Elkhart General Hospital January 10th,

2020

Please accept this letter as a formal notification that I am resigning


from my position as an inpatient pharmacy technician with Beacon
Elkhart General Hospital.
There's been numerous incidents with co-workers and myself in
which I was an victim. There's also been incidents with Holly
Kaczmarek and Stephanie Wong which I was a victim and laws of
Indiana and Beacon's policies were violated. I have dealt with
every incident professionally by speaking with everyone up the
chain of command, as far as I could go. I've tried speaking with the
last two people, Vice President and President of Beacon Elkhart
General Hospital multiple times and was denied each time.
I have been in an uncomfortable/hostile environment for far too
long. Therefore I Latrecia Baskin am giving Beacon Elkhart
General Hospital a two week notice regarding my resignation for
employment with Beacon Elkhart General Hospital on January
10th, 2020. My last day of employment with Beacon Elkhart
General Hospital is dated for January 24th, 2020.
