JOINT- AFFIDAVIT of TWO DISINTERESTED


PERSONS

WE, ELENITA B. ARSOLON, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, married a


resident of Purok 3, Nueva Fuerza, and CATALINA O. ANGELIA, of legal age,
Filipino Citizen, married a resident of Purok 4, Santol, La Filipina, all at
Tagum City, Davao del Norte, after having been sworn in accordance with law
do hereby depose and say:

1. That we are the same persons whose personal circumstances are


stated above;

2. That we know the person of CRISTITO SAB PITAO who was born
on January 25, 1940 at Balilihan, Bohol, Philippines to Mr. Romano
Pitao and Mrs. Petronila Sab;

3. That we are not related to the above-named person either by


consanguinity or by affinity;

4. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the


foregoing facts and for whatever legal purpose/s this may well serve.
