Nozzle Suggestion

This document provides a table of suggested nozzle diameters for different types of gas-powered vehicle conversions based on the original power per cylinder of the vehicle. The table lists nozzle diameters for both LPG and CNG fuel systems at various pressure levels and indicates the corresponding power output in kW and HP. Nozzle diameters range from 1.5mm to 3.5mm, with larger diameters suggested for higher power applications. A note explains that the values are just an indication and real maximum capacities depend on additional system characteristics.

Note: this is just an indication; the real maximum flow capacity of the injector depends
from other components' characteristics (gas composition, gas differential pressure, gas
temperature, ambient temperature, flow characteristic of reducer, etc…). For CNG values
we considered a 10% loss from petrol engine max power.
