INTRODUCTION:
Many people told that the banana pie is not a common recipe here in our country. But
base on the other person, The Banana Pie is an old fashioned pie that everyone lover. A flaky
pie crust is filled with fresh bananas and a rich creamy vanilla layer. It’s all topped of with
whipped topping. The Dessert is best made a head of time making it’s the perfect Holiday
threat.
Banana Pie is the one favorite dessert here in our country, because of the sweet and
delicious taste. We can baked banana pie without oven, and when we cooked a banana pie we
need to do first is to make sure that all ingredients are complete, not only the ingredients but
also in equipment that we need when we make a banana pie.
Banana cream pie is a classic dessert that is deeply sweet and light as air. This fruit
forward variation on the traditional cream pie is easy to make and chock full of fresh banana
flavor. Banana cream pie is a popular cream pie variation consisting of a cooked custard or
pudding, fresh slices of banana and a whipped cream topping. You can make banana pie with a
standard pie crust or a cookie based crust made with graham crackers or vanilla wafer cookies.
Early banana pie recipes called for warming fresh banana slices tossed with powdered sugar for
a few minutes in the oven until soft and then covering with a whipped cream topping. Modern

Actually I’m not familiar in this recipe, and because of I want to taste this recipe,. In my
home I tried to cook and make a banana pie. And when I tasted the banana pie I didn’t think or
expect that the Banana Pie is so delicious. And here are some Procedures and Ingredients: all
purpose flour, sugar, salt, vanilla, vegetable oil or any kind of cooking oil, water, soft butter, or
you can use a lard or shortening butter, and mix and knead until 3-5 minutes. And refrigerate
for about 30 minutes or 1 hour. And here are the ingredients on how to mixture the fillings. Our
main ingredient is BANANA, we can smashed or blend the banana. And after you smash or
blend set aside first. And move to our next mixture of ingredients, first 1 cup of cornstarch or
cornflour, 1/3 cup water, and gradually add while mixing and set aside. And put the banana
smashed into hot pan. Next is 1 cup of all purpose cream, ¼ cup of sugar, ½ tsp of vanilla and
mix it until cook. When its boiling add the cornstarch mixture and keep mixing within 5
minutes. And after the 5 minutes add 1 pc of calamansi or lemon, and mix it again and add the
¼ cup of sugar, keep mixing until completely cooked. After 1 hour get the dough and sprinkle
some flour. Knead it within a few minutes, apply some flour the rolling or battle if you don’t

have a rolling pin, flatten the dough first using your hand, the flatten using the rolling pin and
cut the edge, and lastly put a 1 ½ tbsp filling to the dough and cover it, use fork to make any
design to the edges but first is press the edges to tighten it and if you want to make more
Banana Pie you can repeat and follow the procedures. And lastly apply some holes on top of it
using fork, mix 1 egg so that you can apply and spread it on top of the Banana Pie, then fry it
until the Banana Pie is cooked.

PROCESS:
1. Prepare utensils and all ingredients to be used.
2. In a bowl put a 4 cups all purpose flour and steve it. Mix ½ cup sugar, ½ tsp of salt, 1 tsp vanilla,
¼ cup vegetable oil or any cooking oil, 1 cup water gradually add, mix and when you mix put
atleast ½ cup soft butter or you can use lard/ shortening and mix it well, then mix it using your
hand. Knead it within 3 minutes or 5 minutes, when you knead the dough, refrigerate for about
30mins.
3. Filling ingredients the main ingredients is banana, get a bowl and spoon. In a bowl put 5 pcs of
banana by using fork smash it. Then set aside.
4. Put ½ cup cornstarch, 1cup of cornflour, and 1/3 cup of water gradually add while mixing.
5. Put the smashed banana in a hot pan, 1 cup all purpose cream, ¼ cup of sugar and lastly put ½
tsp of vanilla then mix it.
6. Let it boil a little in a medium heat.
7. When its boiling add the cornstarch mixture, keep mixing within 5 minutes. Add 1pc of lemon
then mix it, add ¼ cup of white sugar. Keep mixing until completely cooked.
8. After 1 hour sprinkle some flour knead it within few minutes, apply some flour to the rolling pin,
flatten the dough first using hand. Then flatten the dough using rolling pin and make into a circle
shape.
9. In a dough put the fillings, then spread it. And when you already spread the filings in a dough
cover it.

BANANA PIE wil be served in a 500 grams box of pizza. The logo will be printed in a sticker
paper and some information about the product like ingredients and contact number of the distributor
will be included with the printed logo to be attached on the box.

advertisement from social media. The product will be prepared in our home. Where a signage will be
printed in tarpauline. And it posted so that the consumers may know. And also we can use the cellphone
number on the packaging of the product, will be always available for consumers to bulk order
