GRL6000P is applicable for fan of boiler, cycling water pump, water filling pump, cooling pump of central air conditioner,
freezing pump, fan of cement factory, fan of ceramic kiln, ventilating fan in coal mine, water supply and purifying, diving
pump, music spring, water filling pump and oil transmitting pumps and other pumps for petrochemical, pharmacy,
fertilizer industry.

■ It adopts DSP (digital signal processor) control unit and realizes high-speed performance control.
■ It integrates three functions of V/F control, V/F + PG control and vector control + PG.

■ 10 kinds of frequency can be set freely and analog terminals can receive 0~10V, 0~20mA signals.

Water Pump: with the help of water pump’s control function to reduce the water- hammering phenomenon when switching on
and cutting off, and save the cost of system maintenance.
Ball Mill: by means of double slopes voltage starting to reduce the abrasion of gear torque and the maintenance workload,

Fan: soft starter replaced the traditional starter to reduce strap fretting and machine impact, save the cost of maintenance
Compressor: make use of the current limiting starting or double slopes starting to realize smooth starting, reduce motor
heating to lengthen its service life
Crusher: make use of locked rotor and swift protection to avoid mechanical failure or block, which will cause electromotor
superheating to result in burning.
Conveying Machinery: running by soft starting and presetting at low speed to realize the smooth and gradual
superconducting overall process and avoid the replacement of products and liquid spilling.

motor torque finish starting process under the optimal accelerating curve, then exit thyristor module to let bypass
contacto work.
■ Convenient outside control interface provide various functions: digital delay starting control, soft stop control input,
starting delay relay output, faults relay output.
■ Phase sequence can be identified automatically and owns the phase sequence protecting function.
■ Both free stop and soft stop are available, and the time of soft stop can be adjusted.
