1 HID300 general product

1.1 Product Introduction

This series product is general product with V/F technology for market. With easy
operation, practical functions, reliable quality to fulfill the customer requirements.
Now the products are widely used in Fans, pumps application.
1.1.1 functions:

 Reduce cost and energy saving


 The product is taken DSP control system, improved V/F control and G/P
design, all these features make HID300 product to be better value. At the
same time, simplify the user’s project design and reduce the cost in PLC and
PLC programming.
 Without extra controller, the internal communication method will make
two inverters synchronous start/stop;
 Energy saving function; during operation, the inverter will automatically
adjust the output voltage to make the motor running at maximum efficiency,
especially to constant power load;
 MODBUS communication modular design to make the signal more reliable
and lower maintenance cost;

 Extendable slot for more communication control functions.
 Easy operation
 Keyboard extend to 100 meter to remote control;
 Input and output terminals. HMI take ‘ touch button plus 8 digital tube’,
clear parameter group, RS485 physical communication terminals and
support RTU transmission, easy to install group net for computer monitor
and PC/PLC use.
 LED English HMI screen
 Reliable quality
 Simple open loop vector control to increase the output torque at low
frequency;
 speed tracking and smoothly restart with running motor and avoid over
current fault;
 DC brake will make stable, no rush and accurate stop;
 Torque boost for constant torque load to meet output torque requirements
for all the frequency;
 Improve inverter efficiency to reduce motor vibration.
 High security
 Complete protections including over/under voltage, over current, input
phase loss and output phase loss protection; self diagnosis and alarm
 Available to monitor the inverter terminals condition
 Trip proof function, avoid over current and voltage fault during operation
