Section 4 - First Aid Measures
As a general rule, in case of doubt or if symptoms persist, always call a doctor. NEVER induce swallowing in an
unconscious person.
4.1 Description of First Aid Measures:
Inhalation: • In the event of inhalation, move patient to the open air. Keep warm and at rest. Medical
attention may be required if persistent irritation occurs.
Skin: • Wash the skin thoroughly with soap and water or a recognized cleaner.
Eyes: • Wash thoroughly with soft, clean water for 15 minutes holding the eyelids open.
Refer the patient to an ophthalmologist, in particular if there is any redness, pain or
visual impairment.

Ingestion: • In the event of ingestion, if the quantity is small (no more than one mouthful), rinse
the mouth with water and consult a doctor.
Section 5 - Fire Fighting Measures
The product is not flammable. Keep packages cool. Do not store near fire or heat.
5.1 Extinguishing media:
• Water, carbon dioxide, dry chemical or foam.
5.2 Special protective equipment for fire-fighters:
• Due to the possible toxicity of the gas emitted on thermal decomposition of the
products, fire-fighting personnel are to be equipped with self-contained insulating
breathing apparatus.

6.1 Personal precautions:

6.2 Environmental precautions:
• Prevent any material from entering drains or waterways.
• Use drums to dispose of waste recovered in accordance with applicable regulations
