How to conduct oneself inside the company?
Work immersion is one of the requirements a grade 12 students needs to fulfill to be
able to graduate. It is a part where the students will be given the chance to apply all the
knowledge and skills they acquired in school.
First thing to remember is to know the nature and culture of the company you are
entering. It shows that you are really interested in the company you are applying to. Another is
punctuality. Always be on time for it shows that you are committed to your job. It is also good
to be initiative. Do not wait until your boss will tell you what to do. If you know what your job
is, does it before he/she even tell you. Show respect. No matter what title or level, everyone in
the workplace deserves to be treated with respect. It will help you to communicate better with
them. Be positive. If you have a bad day, do not bring it in the workplace. Keep it to yourself.
Lending a hand also is a good character. Helping someone if you do not have something to do
yet would be great. Be honest. It is important. Admit your mistakes and learn from it. Everyone
can commit mistakes so do not worry. Just be sure that you do not do it often because it might
indicate that you are not learning and does not do anything to learn. Be flexible. You should
always be willing to change or learn even if it is out of your comfort zone. Be sensitive. Think
and care of others’ feelings. Observe good manners and right conduct. This one is important.
Lastly, always wear your smile even if you are tired for it will attract positivism.
It is great to show the best of you. Your attitude in the workplace matters. Showing the
attitudes I have written above will give you good impression in the company and will help you
have the great job for you.

but I did it correctly.

requirements at the second floor the typewriter.
