APPLICATION FOR SUPERDARI OF VEHICLE HONDA,


COLOUR WHITE, REGISTRATION ADY-410, MODEL-2001,
ENGINE No. DI6WP-1003000, CHASIS No. NFBES-
55C02R103000.
Respectfully sheweth:-

 That the applicant runs his business with the name and style

of Al-Madina rent a car at Sundar Ada, Multan Road, Lahore

with his business partner Mian Amir.


 That the applicant is the registered owner of above said

vehicle. Business partner of the petitioner Amir rented on the

said vehicle at 21.09.2014 to Muhammad Tariq S/O Bashir

Ahmed for the time period of 3 days and handed over the said

vehicle to Muhammad Tariq bearing CNIC No. 35202-

2384134-3 at 9:00 A.M that later on 22.09.2014 applicant

was informed that the said vehicle is involved in case FIR

No.971/14 dated: 22.09.2014, U/S 365-A PPC at police

station Chung, Lahore and same is now under custody in

case FIR No.971/14 dated: 22.09.2014, U/S 365-A PPC at

police station Chung, Lahore.

 That the applicant is law abiding citizen of Pakistan and have

no connection with occurrence as alleged in the FIR.

 That the applicant is ready to produce the said Vehicle when

and where required by this Honourable Court

 That there is a large apprehension of damage and disorder of

the said Vehicle if the same remains in the custody of Local

Police.

 That the applicant is ready to furnish the surety bond for the

entire satisfaction of this Honourable Court.
