 That the applicant is running a business of Rent a car in

Bagh AJK and a VEHICLE MEHRAN, REGISTRATION ANK-271 ,

MODEL- 2019, CHASIS No.SB308PK01290978, ENGINE NO,

PKB752484 was rented to accused Zain sajid S/O sajid khan

who was arrested by the FIA in a FIR no 162/23 dated 8-9-

2023. At the time of arrest the accused was in VEHICLE


MEHRAN, REGISTRATION ANK-271 , MODEL- 2019,

CHASIS No.SB308PK01290978, ENGINE NO, PKB752484

and the applicant is owner of the said vehicle which was

confined by FIA under section 550 CrPc. Applicant

purchase above said vehicle from one of Khurram Riaz but

same was not transferred on the name of complaint due to he

is out of country.

Copy of registration Book is attached herewith.

 That the applicant is ready to produce the said Vehicle when

and where required by this Honourable Court

 That there is a large apprehension of damage and disorder of

the said Vehicle if the same remains in the custody of Local

Police.

 That the applicant is ready to furnish the surety bond for the

entire satisfaction of this Honourable Court.
