Respectfully sheweth: -

 That the applicant is the owner of above said vehicle.

Applicant purchase above said vehicle through registered

agreement one of Mr.Muhammad Tariq s/o dilbar R/o kotli

Tehsil and District Manshera on 03-10-2018. It is pertinent to

mention here that above said vehicle was previously

auctioned by police. The vehicle is in custody of P.S


Bharakhu in case FIR No.500/118 dated: 07.10.2018, U/S

471,420/468 PPC.

Copy of Agreement and verification of Book and copy of

registration book is attached herewith.

 That the applicant is law abiding citizen of Pakistan and have

no connection with occurrence as alleged in the FIR.

 That the applicant is ready to produce the said Vehicle when

and where required by this Honourable Court

 That there is a large apprehension of damage and disorder of

the said Vehicle if the same remains in the custody of Local

Police.

 That the applicant is ready to furnish the surety bond for the

entire satisfaction of this Honourable Court.
