  Foundation beneficiary: The Onesimo Bulilit Foundation
     •   This foundation is a faith-based, non-profit, and non-government organization that works
         with street children and their families in Manila. The foundation is registered with the
         security and exchange commission (SEC) and it became licensed on May 11, 2009. The
         Onesimo Bulilit Foundation That creates a safe world for children recognized by the
         Department of Social Welfare and Development. Its work has been recognized and it has
         received numerous awards.
     •   We chose this foundation as our foundation beneficiary because we, too, went through a
         phase as children were we needed a great deal of love, attention, and care. We want to
         assist them in whatever way we can, event if it is just a small way to make their lives
         easier. Apart from giving to the community, employee will be a proud to be part of a
         company that is making a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need, and will be
         more inclined to see the company in a positive light as a result.

 Term and Condition
A. General Terms & Conditions of the Bazaar
1. Food Bazaar Event this year will be held on 10 – 11 October 2020, indoors, in the World Trade
Center following these time schedule:
         • Saturday, October 10, 2020 / 09:00 AM - 10: 00 PM
         • Sunday, October 11, 2020 / 10:00 AM - 08:00 PM
2. All Participants must fully participate in the Bazaar during all the time scheduled above.
3. The Participants should not display anything that have explicit political tendencies and / or nuances
of racism, religious – ethnic group – specific group contempt or other sensitive topics.
4. The Organizing Committee and Participants must maintain proper manner and courtesy during the
selection process (screening) of prospective participants and during the whole bazaar event.
5. The Organizing Committee has the right to randomly take food samples to test and ensure the
hygienic quality standards of the food served during the event.
6. The Organizing Committee has the authority to adjust the Bazaar Rules and Procedures, as
necessary, to make sure the event successful.
B. Obligation of the Participants in the Bazaar
REQUIREMENTS:
            •   Register with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) at least 15 days before the start of
                the bazaar event.
            •   Display the BIR Certificate of Registration (COR) in a place where it can be easily seen.
            •   Provide the BIR, prior to the opening of the booth for bazaar event, a list of the
                participants which will include their names, residence address, stall no, location site of
                the booth in a bazaar event, TIN of booth owners, duration of operation and BIR
                Certificate of Registration, if applicable.
            •   Keep books of accounts and issue registered receipts/invoices on rental income.
            •   Provide receipts/invoices for use of booth owners. The relationship will be of that of
                “consignor-consignee”.
            •   Monitor and report to the BIR tiangge or bazaar owner who are not complying with
                the regulations.

          •   Participants must follow the schedule for dropping of goods, equipment and vehicles
              arrangements (for loading and unloading) that have been prepared by the Organizing
              Committee.
          •   Participants must put on identification tags provided by the Organizing Committee on
              the vehicles used for dropping and loading.
          •   Participants are prohibited from leaving the vehicles on public roads unattended at
              the time of dropping.
          •   Bazaar Participants are expected to decorate their respective stands. Please avoid
              using nails in the tents. Participants are also prohibited to use glitters and confetti as
              they would stick to the carpet.
          •   If damage occurs, a fine will be imposed by the Tent Provider and the Organizing
              Committee will charge the amount to the Participants.
          •   Parking rules and conditions follow the conditions and fees determined by World
              Trade Center or in the area around according to the availability.
  2. Safety and Hygienic
          • Bazaar Participants must maintain the health and hygiene of any food / drinks and the
            environment around the stand. Regarding to this rule, participants must understand
            and implement the DOH hygiene codes.
         • Food Bazaar Participants must fill in food temperature measurement forms every day
            before the bazaar opens. During the day the food re-check will be performed by the
            Organizing Committee staffs in charge.
         • The Organizing Committee will take firm action as necessary if we found food
            products and serving procedure that do not meet hygiene and DOH standards.
         • It is strongly prohibited to throw food leftovers directly into the wash station, to avoid
            clogging or damage in the washing station.
         • We advise you to bring your own fire extinguisher tube as a quick-fire prevention.
  3. EQUIPMENTS
          o   Bazaar Participants can prepare their own equipment such as an electric stove,
              tablecloth, trash can in the stand area, chairs, and other furniture or equipment
              according to their individual needs.
          o   Cookware must meet the requirements: It is not allowed to use cooking utensils or
              heaters with a gas stove or open flame, and only allowed to use electrical appliances.
          o   For Food Bazaar Participants who need cold storage or refrigerator are required to
              provide the equipment themselves – independently. To assure the freshness of the
              food until the next day, all Participants are required to make sure the refrigerator is
              still on and operating properly before leaving the Bazaar area.
          o   Participants are allowed to bring their own generators / power generation machines
              inside the Bazaar area.

          o  Participants are not allowed to bring extra tents or extra furniture that exceed the
             allocated stand area for each Participant.
  4. Customer Satisfaction Policy
          •   In order to provide your customers with the best possible food experience and to
              attain repeat business, we encourage you to offer your customers the opportunity to
              exchange and/or return spoiled foods and also to prevent food poisoning
          • If you do not have an Exchange and/or Return Policy, clearly post “NO RETURNS OR
              EXCHANGES” in your Assigned Space or on the Official Receipt provided to your
              customers.
  4. During the event.
          •    Participants are fully responsible for the products sold, both food and non-food
               products.
          • Participants are fully responsible for fines imposed by the authorized officer or local
               government agency if a violation of law or regulations is found.
          • Bazaar Participants are required to maintain the security of their stands. The
               Organizing Committee is not responsible for any damage, loss of either the money or
               any valuable belongings of the Bazaar Participants.
          • The Organizing Committee provides clean water facilities according to World trade
               center standards.
  5. The Closing Event
          •   Bazaar Participants are prohibited from causing any damage, moving or dismantling
              the tent themselves without any permission from the Organizing Committee.
          •   Bazaar Participants should bring home heavy equipment used for the bazaar such as
              personal chairs, stoves, cooking utensils etc. (do not leave or throw them at the
              bazaar) and please leaving the tent in the condition as before using it.
          •   Any minor or severe injuries during the event are the responsibility of the cause.
          •   Participants are prohibited from bringing home or exchanging any rental stand
              properties (such as table and chairs) those are provided by the Organizing Committee.
          •   Used cooking oil should be brought home by the Participants themselves since the
              container for oil waste is not provided in the event venue.
          •   Participants are fully responsible for sales taxes occur in the transaction during the
              Bazaar event.

       Fortuitous events, and violations can trigger to close the company.
             4. False media criticisms
        If the clients are not satisfied with the services or small mistakes. This will apply
if the company has its culture far from the clients.
          5. Unforeseen accidents in setting up the venue
      Emergencies can hamper the events itself which can lead to bad feedback or
poor service.
          6. Non-early booking cancellations or not providing information early
      This will apply to communication between the client and the company
secretary. Sometimes, it happens when the client wants to back out because of
