ASSESSMENT TOOL
The HEXCO continuous assessment tool used to assess students’ performance.
Scoring Scale: the acceptable mark in a continuous assessment is 6 points of 10. Anything below 6 is not
performance but an attempt.
Below is the scoring scale:

 10 points – a perfect performance which meets, in particular, the specified


standard/requirements. (excellent)
 8 points – a performance which meets the general requirements. (good-very good)
 6 points – a performance with short comings but meets the requirements. (satisfactory)
 0 points – a performance with short comings which are not acceptable (poor)
