Subject : Tender for Architectural and Electrical Consultancy Services

This letter is to express intention to provide Architectural and Electrical Services to safely execute and
complete the above design works in accordance with its governing rules and regulations.

This letter is for the provision of miscellaneous design for the architectural services, electrical
engineering services, or some combination thereof, for renovation, repair, minor construction and
to be performed on a non-exclusive, indefinite quantity basis, as requested in accordance with the
terms of the would-be Agreement. I will represent Architects and Engineers that has the knowledge,
ability, skills and resources to provide such services in accordance with the terms and requirements.

Here will be a breakdown of the said services we intend to offer regarded as:
 Full Contract Documents for the interior renovation Project located in The Linear Makati ,
with inclusion of:
o Full Architectural Plans
o Full Electrical Plans
o Technical Specifications
o Blueprinted, Signed and Sealed by Architect and Engineers

Which sums up to TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P20,000.00), as per our agreement.
