CISCO WEBEX MEET

How to Connect Video conference through WebeX Meet Application?

Step 1:

In Android mobile, go to PlayStore and Install the app

“Cisco Webex Meet”

Step 2:

After the installation,


Open the App. It shows like
below:
Step 3:

Click “ JOIN MEETING”. Then another window open like


below:
Step 4:

Then Enter the Meeting number which was given by the


Mr.S.Periyasamy, System Analyst or S.Matheswaran, Assistant
Programmer, District Court, Salem.

Note:
Meeting Number is provided one day before the video conference.
That meeting number is Permanent Number for Concerned Court.
Step 5:

After entering the Meeting Number, click the “JOIN” button at


Right top of the Screen.

After Join the Video conference Click the video button which was in
RED Colour. Then Click the “Start my Video” button.
Step 6:

After clicking the “Start my Video” button, the window will be


like below:

After entering the Video conference room, check the “MIC” wil be
“MUTE” or “UNMUTE”.
