MEMORANDUM

1. Respectfully submitted is the Respectfully report on Crime Scene
Investigation conducted on October 11, Bahada, Poblacion, San Remigio, Cebu for
alleged Murder under Article 248(1) of Act No. 3815 or the Revised Penal Code
(RPC).
2. The following are the significant activities and information:
a. That the First Responders led by PO1 Aljohn Limoran arrived at the
crime scene on/at, 10:50PM and was able to secure and establish the security
cordon on/at 10:53PM on October 11, 2021; (Please see attached FR Request of
assistance CLO).
b. That the Investigator-on-Case arrived at the crime scene on/about
10:50PM/ October 11, 2021 and thereafter assumed responsibility over the crime
scene and conducted inquiry on the incident; (see attached Investigation CSI Form)
c. That members of the SOCO TEAM (if applicable) led by Police Inspector
Ulrich Bulhot arrived at the crime scene on/at 11:15pm and conducted forensic
investigation and collected all potential pieces of evidence; and
d. That the crime scene was formally released to Police Inspector Ulrich
Bulhot of SOCO Team and security cordon was lifted on/a 01:53am.
3. Attached are the FR’s Report, Investigator’s CSI Form and SOCO reports
for your reference which will form as an integral part of the Case Folder of Murder
under Article 248(1) of Act No. 3815 or the Revised Penal Code (RPC).
