FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY, WE WILL SET OUR HEARTS ON
1 CORINTHIANS 6:19-20:
”DO YOU NOT KNOW THAT YOUR BODY IS A TEMPLE OF THE
HOLY SPIRIT WITHIN YOU, WHOM YOU HAVE FROM GOD? YOU
ARE NOT YOUR OWN, FOR YOU WERE BOUGHT WITH A PRICE.
SO GLORIFY GOD IN YOUR BODY.”
THE INTENTION:
•become intentional about taking care of our
mind, body & soul.
•practice physical and spiritual discipline to set
a solid foundation for 2021!
•experience fellowship, community &
accountability with other women!
THE GUIDELINES:
The goal is to accomplish these
5 things every single day
January 1st-31st 2021
1. Read the chapter of Proverbs that aligns with
that day. I will post this in the FaceBook group
daily. fb group info is on next page!
2. Move your body for at least 30 minutes every
single day.
3. Fuel your Body! Whatever this looks like for
you, do it!
4. Journal for 10 Minutes every single day.
5. Pray every day & at the end of that prayer, Be
still for 5 minutes

1. For reading through Proverbs, you can use the YouVersion
Bible App. I will be posting the scripture in the FB group

2. Workout ideas: walk, run, hike, HIIT training, bike, weight
lifting, dancing, pilates, elliptical, body weight workouts.

3. Fueling your body: cutting out food, making sure you’re
eating 3x a day, adding in more veggies, vegetarian, vegan,
cutting out dairy, sugar, alcohol, grains, JERF: just eat real food
(nothing processed), drinking a certain amount of water every
day.

How has God been faithful this last year?
What is God teaching you right now?
What is the most difficult attribute of God for you to understand
and why?
Who do you need to forgive?
Who do you need to ask forgiveness from?
What are you struggling with right now, emotionally?
What do you need to surrender to God?
What have you been avoiding praying about?
What are you thankful for today?
What has God redeemed in your life recently?
How are you feeling spiritually?
What is God calling you to do right now?
What are some lies the enemy has planted and what does Gods
word say about those lies? What is the truth?

Pick a verse from today’s Proverb, why did you pick that verse
and how did it speak to you?
What are you struggling with mentally?
How is your soul today?
What amazes you about the nature of God & how have you
seen that in your own life recently?
What are you trying to control or not trusting God with, that you
need to give up to Him?
How has God changed your heart over the last year?
How do you need to be healed? Pray & ask God for healing.
Write down a prayer for someone on your heart.
MY PERSONAL PLAN
1. Starting my day with Proverbs, reading commentary &
discussing my thoughts in the FB group!
2. Walk on an incline for at least 20 min a day & do Sydney
Cummings workout!
3. JERF & drink celery juice every morning.
4. Journaling in the evenings.
5. I’m going to pray after my morning devo. Also, Every
time I drive to a place, I’m going to be listening to worship
music & every time I drive home I will be praying!
HOW TO PRAY
P.R.A.Y.
This is a helpful way to pray and I find that when I
am distracted this method helps me focus!
Praise: Write down praises! Praise God for who He is &
what He has done in your life.
Repent: Write down any sin that you need to repent
from and ask God for forgiveness.
Ask: Write down and ask God for whatever is on your
heart. Example: wisdom/blessings/clarity/a new job etc.
Yield: Be still and let God speak. write down anything
he might reveal to you.
