JBLMGH SPORTS FEST 2021- 2022
Background :
Following the Inter Agency Task Force Guidelines on the implementation of Alert Level 2 at the National
Capital Region, Contact sports are now allowed. Maximum of 50 % indoor venue capacity for fully
vaccinated individuals and those below 18 years of age, even if unvaccinated and 70 % outdoor capacity.
Provided that there is no objection from the LGU where these activities may take place. With these
regards the following sports activities are proposed:
Basketball (MEN)
Volleyball (MEN and WOMEN)
Badminton (MEN and WOMEN)
Table Tennis ( MEN and WOMEN)
DARTS ( MEN and WOMEN)
Billiards ( MEN and WOMEN)

Expected Expenses for the Sports Fest;
MATERIALS/ EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
BASKETBALL BALL 2 PCS- ( 4, 000 Php each x 2 = 8,000 Php )
VOLLEYBALL BALL 2 pcs – ( 3,200 Php each X 2 = 6,400 Php)
SHUTTLECOCK ( TUBE)- 4 TUBES ( 1,000 Php each tube = 4,000 Php)

NOTE; 6 teams will play on a single round robin with semifinals and finals. Total of 18 games.

1,100 Php per game ( 5 man team including a table committee) X 18 = 19, 800 Php
