TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the POLICE STATION III, under the leadership of
P/CInsp. Julius Dao-an, in coordination with members of the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse
Council (BADAC) of Bunguiao and Barangay Tanods, successfully implemented and
conducted “Project: Tokhang” on different areas of Bunguiao Proper and those that
have been suspected lately of being drug trade hotspots.

This is to further certify that the operation resulted in 471 number of household
visitations which are divided in the following areas:

Zone-1 86 HH
Zone-2 52 -do-
Zone-3 63 -do-
Zone-4 129 -do
Zone-5 64 -do
Sitio Waray-waray 36 -do
Sitio Siguinan 41 -do

This Certification is issued as per request for whatever legal intent this may serve.
