RESOLUTION NO. 015 S. 2022

A RESOLUTION TO PROVE THE MENTAL ILLNESS OF PERSON WHO USE


DRUGS(PWUDS) WITH AN ACTUAL RESIDENCE IN THIS BARANGAY INCLUDED IN
THE BADAC WATCHLIST.

WHEREAS, Pursuant to the Board Regulation No.3 Series of 2017 of the Dangerous Drug
Clearing Program, there is a need to established the residency of the PWUDs in every barangay.

WHEREAS, as, in order to obtain a record of being drug-free barangay, this body has seen
in this barangay.

WHEREAS, Mr. Jessie Agapay Pantinople located at Purok 3, Ariosa, Molave,


Zamboanga del Sur.
WHEREAS, Mr. Jessie Agapay Pantinople suffered by his mental illness.
WHEREAS, Mr. Jessie Agapay Pantinople is dangerous to go with him for check up at the
doctor.
NOW THEREFORE be it RESOLVED the mental illness of Mr. Jessie Agapay Pantinople

RESOLVED FINALLY, TO furnish copies of this resolution to all concerned offices and
agencies for their reference and guidance.

UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED AND ADOPTED

I hereby certify to the correctness of the afforested resolution.
