The Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Blaan, Malungon, Sarangani Province held its 15th regular session on September 5, 2019. All members were present. The Sangguniang Barangay passed Resolution No. 8 approving and adopting the Five (5) Year Barangay Development Plan (2019-2023) as endorsed by the Barangay Development Council. The development plan was found to be in line with the barangay and municipal development policies. The resolution was certified and attested by the barangay secretary and punong barangay.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE FIVE (5) YEAR BARANGAY


DEVELOPMENT PLAN (2019- 2023) OF BARANGAY BLAAN, MALUNGON, SARANGANI
PROVINCE

WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council has endorsed for approval and adoption by the
Sangguniang Barangay the FIVE (5) year Barangay Development Plan (2019 - 2023) for Barangay Blaan,
Malungon, sarangani Province

WHEREAS, after review, the said Barangay Development Plan, as attached, is found to be in line with
the development policies of the Barangay Government and the Municipal Development Council;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member Freddie M. Buan, duly seconded by
Sangguniang Barangay Member Lauro P. Poblador,

BE IT RESOLVED,  by the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Blaan, malungon, Sarangani Province,


in session duly assembled,

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to approve and adopt the Barangay Development Plan (2019 - 2023)
as endorsed by the Barangay Development Council;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to all concerned for their
information and consideration.

APPROVED AND ADOPTED,  by the Sangguniang Barangay this 8TH day of September, 2019 at
Barangay Blaan, Malungon, Sarangani Province.
