RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE REQUEST FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
FROM THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT SUPPORT FUNDS (LGSF) OF THE
DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT (DBM).
WHEREAS, Barangay San Vicente has included in its Barangay Development
Plan (BDP) the following proposed projects;

1 Solar Lamps (20pcs.) PHP 5,000,000.00
2 Solar Lamps post (20pcs.) PHP 5,000,000.00
3 Laptop (11pcs.) PHP 1,000,000.00
4 2 set of computers with printer PHP 1,000,000.00
5 Service Vehicle MG RXS PHP 1,300,000.00
6 Public Address and CCTV PHP 1,000,000.00
7 Two-Way Radio (20pcs.) SIGNUS PHP 700,000.00
TOTAL: PHP 15,000,000.00
WHEREAS, the LGU has manifested its desire to avail financial assistance from
the Local Government Support Funds (LGSF) of the DBM;
WHEREAS, with the desire of the Barangay Executive and the rest of Barangay
Officials that the project be realized hence this endorsement for the request of financial
assistance from the Local Government Support Funds (LGSF) of the DBM for the
completion of the above-mentioned projects.
NOW, THEREFORE RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, TO
ENDORSE THE REQUEST OF THE BARANGAY CHIEF EXECUTIVE FOR
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT SUPPORT FUNDS
(LGSF) OF THE DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT (DBM)
RESOLVED FURTHER that copies here of be furnished to all concerned.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED this 8th day of January 2021 at Barangay San
Vicente, Sto. Tomas, Pampanga.
